Shipping is done by DHL. For shipments to countries outside the EU, the customer bears all possible customs duties and all possible export and import fees.
The actual postage costs result from the weight of the shipment, the country of destination and the selected shipping method.

Within Germany the shipment is always insured as a package and takes 2-5 working days.

Europe-wide we ship with DHL Premium. Here the shipment will also take place after 2-5 working days.

Outside the EU the customer has the choice whether the shipment is not insured as a parcel or insured as a package. With the uninsured shipment the customer gets a tracking number and can follow the whereabouts of the package, but we can not guarantee that the package will arrive. The customer has no right to a new shipment of the goods that did not arrive or to compensation for items damaged in transit.
We therefore strongly recommend insured shipping. If the costs are too high for you, ask some friends if you can place a collective order.
Due to the Corona crisis there may be delivery times of at least 30 days and extra service charges.
